According to Infinity Ward’s Robert Bowling, anxious gamers shouldn’t have too long a wait before they get some new Modern Warfare 3 content - as the first DLC will arrive on January 24th.
Of course, for anyone familiar with Microsoft’s ongoing Call of Duty exclusivity deal with Activision, that January 24th date is referring to the Xbox 360 version of Modern Warfare 3 - meaning that PS3 and PC players will have to wait a full month before they can get in on the new content.
While we still don’t entirely know what to expect from the first DLC - but have gotten the first image of ‘Park’ - Bowling took to the Call of Duty Elite “Roll Call” airwaves to announce the content release date in a new video but also made sure to pitch details about what to expect in future offerings as well:

With so many studios working on Modern Warfare 3, as well as definite interest in making Call of Duty Elite even more attractive to consumers - it makes sense that Activision could be preparing one of the most robust DLC campaigns the industry has seen.
